Maybe life of blissful ignorance is not so bad.

Live on fake money. Put in your hours. Don’t question. Smile on weekends. Stay in line. Do as you’re told. Play your part. Go to school. Get a job. Live beyond your means. Let someone else worry about everything else. Politics? Tune out. Talk loudly since you know everything. Scan your eyeballs. Get you global ID. Surrender all privacy. Convenience first. Trust your government. Trust your schools. Trust your doctors. Trust the law. Trust the courts. Take it all in and just mind your own business.

Ah, sweet life.

It's not, man. Before Bitcoin I was scared of the future.

That’s because you already thought too much. Thinking = bad

If you don’t know any better…then it could be. Also, some people just want to simply live with what is offered. They don’t need much.

However, I’d like to believe our yearning for creativity and solving big questions would overrule.

The material world is a strong force.

Maybe you're right, after all 99% live like this. 🤷‍♂️

Let’s join them, yeah?

I can't anymore, there are too many lies...

The trick is to know all of these things, take action where it makes sense, and and then, regardless of all the insanity, choose to savor life deeply.

It’s fine until it’s isn’t. If you don’t control your life you also don’t control your death.

If ignorance is bliss, what makes ignorance any different then death.

IMO merely to decline to commit the evil deeds is a great improvement over the average in times of madness

I think so. Ignorent bring happiness

Still tastes like steak

Like being a farm animal vs living in the wild. It must be easy to be a cow. Food and shelter provided. "Protected" from predators. Living in the wild is tough, though, because you are responsible for everything.

It's easier to be asleep but once you see it you can't unsee it. Noticing it eats at you internally until you do something about it. If you can see outside the box living in the box is deadly.
