Anybody else can't sleep after they exercise really hard or is that just me?

normally you need at least 2 hours.

your body is full of adrenalin, no way you are sleeping.

I'm talking like 10 hrs later, laying in bed, staring at the ceiling, wide awake. 🤷

No, it happens most of the time after I go on a long bike ride.

maybe you need to up the loading, not enough calories burned, not enough damage to the muscles, etc. definitely won't have this problem if you go hard.

Nope, me too. Had to excercise in school and was awake as hell for the rest of the day whilst the rest was falling asleep one by one. x3

warm shower and a sauna usually helps me, some tea also 🫂
