It definitely doesn't help matters, that's for sure
It might be good to set aside some time for stillness and grounding. Even five minutes of "stopping everything for a while to collect oneself" can turn around your whole day. Use a timer, and you can really just "shoo" pressing matters away for the moment.
Its voluntary learning, so I'm going by my internal frustration timer as to when to walk away. ๐ 1ยน/ยฒ hours or until I want to throw stuff, whichever comes first. I started months ago but my laptop failed, so now I've got that 'I should know this but I forgot it' type of frustration going on.
