This chart seems accurate.
I've been moving weights for 30 years. I'm in my mid 40s now.
The goal today is to stay tone but prevent injury.
I have zero incentive to try and find my max.
I heard this for squats and dead lift.
As long as I can curl a pint of beer in each hand I'm happy!
