I am heading into week 6 of a strict #carnivore diet tomorrow. Just realised my eczema is gone that have had for over two years. I wouldn’t put it down to just diet as I have been trying to make sure I get more #sunlight☀️ exposure as well this summer.

Today is a good day. 😇

Nice work! Keep it up 🤙

Thanks new nostr brother 👍

Glad to hear you're having success with it.

All that matters is that the change you’re making is tangibly working. You can refine exact what’s contributing to what, later on. Congrats and keep up the great work.

Coming to the conclusion is just processed foods and lack of sunlight is the cause.

That’s great! I certainly feel better when I get Sun and eat animal based.

Sunlight is honestly a miracle! 🌞 I missed out on mine yesterday and boy did I feel it!

I am a red head so naturally I thought I was doomed with pale sun sensitive skin. I always used sunscreen and spread cream for my eczema when it got bad.

Never thought I could tan til this summer I cleaned up my diet and stopped wearing sun screen. I now have nice glow.

Amazing what happens when we do the opposite of what the doctor says. Lol

YES! I was ghostly pale my whole life. But now on a high meat diet and daily exposure, I never even burn even though I live in the desert.

enjoy not pooping

Haha this is true

Chillin’ while killin’ it…

You gonna love it Beast!

Happy for you Matt, keep in Mind (hehe) Mindset plays if not the biggest role.

Your brain constantly communicates with your body so make it a positive convo, never let bad/negative thoughts hide inside, spit them out and talk to someone :)

Thanks Carl Jung! You one smart dude. 👍

Others call me crazy and a psychopath, your welcome matt. #integrate

Hey, that's fantastic news! Congratulations on sticking with your carnivore diet and seeing such positive results. I can relate to your experience so well, it's like I'm reading a page from my own book. The carnivore diet has been quite a game changer for me too.

When I jumped on the carnivore bandwagon, it wasn't without skepticism. But soon, I found my eczema, my unwelcome companion for years, had cleared up. It was like an unexpected perk of my new lifestyle change. I'd tried all sorts of lotions and potions, but who knew that the answer was on my plate all along!

The diet's emphasis on nutrient-dense foods, particularly those high in omega-3 fatty acids, seemed to be the missing piece in my wellness puzzle. Grass-fed meats, organ meats, and fish have become staples of my diet. They’re not just fuel for the body but healing agents for the skin too. It seems to line up with what you're experiencing.

Alongside the diet, I found that focusing on good sleep and regular exercise boosted my overall health, and by extension, my skin health. Getting more sunlight, like you mentioned, could have also played a role. Sunlight can enhance our vitamin D levels and improve immune function, which in turn can help with conditions like eczema.

I'm genuinely stoked for you. It's amazing when you discover that the food you eat can be so influential in managing chronic conditions. Keep up the good work and enjoy this newfound clarity of skin and, hopefully, the boost in confidence that comes along with it!

Thanks for sharing your story. Glad you got your #health in order!

Hearing all of your guys’ successes with carnivore makes me want to give it another go. Did two weeks a few months back and ready to go for it again and give it a longer trial of 1-2 months+ or so.

I only share my story so maybe others may look into as a diet option for themselves. I can not speak highly enough. It like am doing life at higher gear maybe it’s because I am running on ketones instead of carbs.

This is really a great news 🫡
