1. This is a prototype of a thread.
A thread?
Threads are basically Notes connected to one another and meant to be read as a continuous post.
- Compose a collection?
- Prepare a list?
- Elaborate on something?

2. Why post in a thread?
Each Note in a thread can opens up a conversation.
Users can like, reply, or repost on each segment.
definitely some benefits to this style vs one big note
3. Who might benefit from this mechanics?
First person to come to mind is nostr:npub19mduaf5569jx9xz555jcx3v06mvktvtpu0zgk47n4lcpjsz43zzqhj6vzk.
The daily report is amazing, putting them all in one note, the replies are not organized.
What if we wanna share one particular point in the report?
4. Secondly, of cause its nostr:npub10awzknjg5r5lajnr53438ndcyjylgqsrnrtq5grs495v42qc6awsj45ys7, he is testing multiple projects and writing about multiple concepts.
Each project, each idea, is a note, but they are all connected.
Conversation are group by note, and tagged the developers and people involved by note.
5. Thirdly, every developers. We have lots of new features, each can be one point.
Users can ask questions, give feedbacks, which is of cause group by notes.
6. So, what do you think?
Na. Too Twittery?
Or you like it?
I think it’s a great idea. Weirdly, I feel like I’m more likely to read through a thread on Twitter than I am to read a single tweet of the same number of words and points made.
I think reading through a thread can provide a string of ideas.
And conversation like your reply here is well encapsulated to the context/idea/topic.
The replies only have a reference to the root, not to the previous reply in the thread so they are not rendered as a single thread in Nostur
Yea I only tested render on Damus, sorted by time. The e tag to reference previous tag might help sorting. But also, some clients would make the reply 3rd level 4th level etc. 🧐
Love it
7. This is a prototype by https://nostr.kiwi/.
nostr:npub10awzknjg5r5lajnr53438ndcyjylgqsrnrtq5grs495v42qc6awsj45ys7 and nostr:npub19mduaf5569jx9xz555jcx3v06mvktvtpu0zgk47n4lcpjsz43zzqhj6vzk to verify that my user tagging has problem and you’re not notified?
We got it 🤙 And a quick check on Damus, Plebstr, and Nostur looks like it renders as a traditional twitter thread. Is this available to everyone on Nostr.kiwi?
nostr:npub19mduaf5569jx9xz555jcx3v06mvktvtpu0zgk47n4lcpjsz43zzqhj6vzk
Not yet! Still tweaking it. Wanna see what everyone thinks, as getting the UI UX right takes time too.
Got it too
On my end on nostr:npub1plstrz6dhu8q4fq0e4rjpxe2fxe5x87y2w6xpm70gh9qh5tt66kqkgkx8j it looks weird/broken? I see 1. And 7. Then 6.

Agree… it looked ok at first and now when I checked it’s out of order
Ugh giving me Twitter vibes. Noooooo. 😂 I know some people will love this.
Nosli on communities
How is this different than just replying to your OP? Does it render as a nested group of notes on Nostr.kiwi?
Are threads even necessary?
