Ask yourself: Where does these worries com efrom? Are they yours? Are their from your parents? What would be the wors case if your worries would become reality? Would it be the end of the world? You can meditate your life long...but if you don't do your shadow work, yiu'll keep circling around your thoughts.

Also: Start practicing to be the observer of your thoughts...So you don't get lost...
