I use to worry too .. now I just despair lol . No really one must retrain the brain’s response mechanism by asking it questions?What if this worry isn’t valid? What would it take to think about the bright side? How can I respond in a more positive light? As you ask your mind these questions it will disrupt the patterns and you can learn to think a different thought.

Ask yourself: Where does these worries com efrom? Are they yours? Are their from your parents? What would be the wors case if your worries would become reality? Would it be the end of the world? You can meditate your life long...but if you don't do your shadow work, yiu'll keep circling around your thoughts.
Also: Start practicing to be the observer of your thoughts...So you don't get lost...

Remember worrying is a horrible use of your imagination. Try visualizing a situation where it turns out better
Context. When I get that way I zoom out and look at how big the world is and what real struggle looks like and my little problems don't seem so bad.
Experience the anxiety as a physical sensation. Locate it in the body rather than abstracting it into thoughts. Anxious thoughts are the avoidance of that sensation.
Best way out is always through.
This is me. Especially with my little(now big) one.

Listen to your instinct (slight difference from intuition(?)
Cultivate love, trust, respect and open
Communication
Service to others who transform limitation, adversity, and victimhood every day.
