I’m just over 3 weeks post-op from my hernia surgery.

Really itching to get back in shape.

Did a 15 minute low intensity stationary bike ride yesterday without pain.

I’ve got 3 weeks to build up some cardio shape and hit some small muscle groups before I can get back to full speed on the lifting.

This winter bulk is gonna go crazy.

Get on it as soon as you can - as soon as it’s healthy enough to do so

🫡 you know it. I’ve been cleared to pick up the baby. So lifting up to 16 pounds is no problem now.

But can you do curls with it?
