Lol this has been the reality in China. Gonna give the surgeons "red envelopes" before surgery or they do you wrong.
Happened to my aunt a few years ago cuz they foolishly have not done that.
That's scary. Here in Canada you just go to a rural hospital if you want lower quality health care.
