I don't know, but I bet it runs on DOS?

then you are too young...

Or principled.

omg DOS Shell

i haven't see that in 30 years

though maybe it's DOS Navigator. i forget it's name.

to google!

Norton Navigator maybe?

i think it's norton since we see the norton directory on the right.

F**k! Seems, I'm getting old...

norton commander probably?

Yeah, that's it :D

Speaking about getting old...

Midnight commander

DOS. Takes me back.

IBM DOS

Still running Windows 7 David? 😁

Stop ragging on me!

I’d like to move to Linux but so many of my applications aren’t supported and the thought of moving to windows 11 makes me ill.

Can relate. I still use an old OFFLINE laptop cctv app running XP. 😉

Norton Commander! The 80s were a magical time of wondrous technology. Would've given you bonus points if it was running on OS/2.

Every OS I'm running, I'll ensure to install a clone of good ol' nc.exe (which of course was in autoexec.bat on boot)

Easy question. The program is called Norton Commander and it ran under DOS 😉 A tip for you, before judging people, just turn on your brain 😉
