cooked in butter?

I always use butter too but I’m tempted to try ghee, or tallow. curious to hear if you tried cooking ribeyes with either of those

I have and it’s fine, but I prefer the flavor of butter the best.

Trying to stack as many sats as possible these days so the majority of my meat is ground beef. One day it’ll be ribeyes every meal 🤤

I try to mix it up. I had a good sale on whole ribeye roast, so I cut them myself, which is worth it. Starting to run low and been cooking more ground beef. I also have some chuck roasts to make which are good for the budget as well!

I’ll have to pick up some chuck roasts as well 👌
