That said, I poured through all of Umbrel App Store and cannot find a non-custodial way to generate a LNURL that supports NIP-57. What does everyone use?

This is awesome to see. I tried to web flash to a Lilygo S3 but it seems that specific firmware was not built for the S3 rev. A manual build from Github results in “The 'lnbits/nostr-signing-device' repository doesn't contain the 'wallet/wallet.ino' path in 'main’ broken link. I’m looking forward to testing this out!
