What are some Bitcoin movies that came out before Bitcoin existed?
For example, Cryptonomicon was written long before Bitcoin but foreshadowed its creation.
I’m also interested in less obvious picks, like how The Matrix can be seen as a Bitcoin movie.

Oh, I see. I was thinking about the factory for some reason. But you were referring to the robot (which makes more sense 😂). I think I get you now.
If you want to make it more Bitcoin, the factory could be a metaphor for a block of chains enslaving the workers to their fate.
Metaphors are great, you can just make stuff up to sound credible 😂

Not sure if these qualify but I think:
Fight Club, V for Vendetta, The Road, The Big Short etc could all be considered Bitcoin Coded movies. (a couple are post 2009)
I also think Pirates of Silicon Valley (and similar movies/shows) could also be considered Bitcoin coded..
Even a movie like Office Space (highlighting fiat culture/life/rat race etc).
