Let me fill you in on the state of higher education.

One of the last classes I'm taking for my degree (I'll have essentially a minor in "blockchain") is a technical deep dive on blockchain technology.

Week one, we are supposed to explore two blockchain technologies and describe what they do / how they work.

The choices I have are:

- Ethereum

- Hyperledger Sawtooth

- R3 Corda

- IOTA

- Tezos

- Hyperledger Iroha

All are 2017 era shitcoins from what I can tell. And NO BITCOIN. This class is not ready for the lesson I'm about to teach them. Smfh.

Cool premise! That list is your options to chose from right?

What are you doing to do?

I'll do Bitcoin and Ethereum since all of the others are essentially irrelevant now

The professor who originally made this syllabus must've been a big shitcoiner. I mean seriously - I've gone through the whole thing and Bitcoin is barely mentioned. It's like "well Bitcoin was first... anyway moving on" lmao

That makes sense. Perhaps it's a sign of how early we still are?

The education system was never designed to give you the knowledge & skills required to elevate yourself from your post.

Some educators tried to do it within the framework but whatever success they had was despite the system not because of it.

School em’ brother. Tell em how we do. Orange only.

Rumor has it the professor is a Tezos bag holder and the course is a P&D scheme…

Blockchain 🤣. The world has so much to learn still about how useless blockchains are beyond the one and only, Bitcoin

Sounds insufferable. I wish you good fortune in the wars to come.

Thank you. It is. At least this is a topic which I'm already interested in and knowledgeable about. It's even more insufferable when it's nonsense education but I can't figure out what I'm getting wrong because I have no existing framework.

Just pick any of them and focus on the origin of the idea being bitcoin and then segue into bitcoin 100%

Don’t hold back.
