Omega 3

& Turmeric

Nice! I mix turmeric into my food often. I’ve experimented with it as a supplement and have been trying to pair down too many of the gelcaps because of the uncertainty of how it impacts the micro biome, but probably take too many as it is 😅

The activator for turmeric is black pepper but because turmeric is fat soluble you need the Omega3 for absorption. Sounds crazy but true.

Only protein as supplement because of overly active thyroids. Outside of that I try to keep a balanced nutrition across meat, vegetable and fruit.

As part of my marathon training I have a slim setup: Fish oil, Creatine, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin D. Whey and something called Recharger which is a mix of dextrose and other proteins that I take after hard sessions.
