I wonder if there was some kind of important context for Hogg’s tweet? Makes no sense to have the Vice President of the United States changing your tire 😂
A few years back I had a blown tire and was changing it in a cold winter rain at night. I couldn't see shit. It fucking sucked. I put on my donut and then realized it was pretty flat. I'm in the middle of nowhere and had zero cell phone service. Fuck it. I drove for a mile until the donut slipped off the rim. Still no service. Started walking. Eventually a guy came by and we went to Walmart to get me a new tire. It's okay to ask for help. Walking 15 miles would have not been a good time.
I wore a rim out once! I wasn't walking anywhere out in the middle of nowhere.

I blew out a tire on the freeway once on a section of a highway poorly lit at night. A kind stranger stopped and asked if I needed help. "I'm fine sir, I can put on the spare"
"Well I'll just hang back here and give you some light"

Stupid argument, but I'd expect nothing else from Hogg.
I carry a battery powered tire inflator and an impact wrench, so I probably don't need any help.
If someone was to stop and help, I'd want an old guy in a rusted Chevy truck with a shotgun hanging on the back glass, probably missing a couple teeth and wearing 'baccer- stained overalls. That dude will help you out.
Can't imagine a politician being of any use whatsoever.
