I particularly enjoyed the fact that all the fat fuck women who for years claimed to be healthy and beautiful at any size™ immediately jumping on this particular bandwagon.
Oh yeah, turns out they hated being fat, surrounded themselves with all the other losers and screeched in unison at anyone who challenged their bullshit.
Female delusion is an incredible force.
This is anecdotal, but I find fat people to be compulsive liars.
Naturally, if someone has such low impulse control that they end up a land whale, more than a few negative character traits are manifesting:
- poor impulse control
- cognitive dissonance
- lack of discipline
- etc
This isn't to absolve people of their personal decision's, but the food industry is absolutely predatory, and all the "offical" information around nutrition is complete and utter bullshit, so I'm no really surprised that everyone is a lard ass these days.

But no one forces them to buy the donuts, not walk, and not lift.
One does not simply end up a landwhale.
It takes awhile too. Any day would've been a good day to stop, but no, let's prioritize the escapist hedonistic pleasure of the moment at the expense of our health and fitness.
And absolve ourselves of any responsibility at the end.
I agree, but I think that if you eat the wrong things, hunger management becomes an issue, and the temptation to over eat increases. Whether or not you cave to that temptation is a personal choice, but if people stayed away from certain foods, they would be less hungry generally.
