I had this problem a lot when switching between interfaces, so I started running my own relay and i have never had a problem since
Don't click follow in those shady apps, or with a shady connection, or in a shady app with a shady connection and shady relay list 🙏🐳🦜🏴☠️

Stick with clients that don't nuke it...
This hasn't happened to me since I switched to Primal, but happened all the time on Iris.
I was watching some devs test stuff and there was a bug that blew up the follower list and someone shared this URL as a place you could "backup" you Nostr data and restore in case ya get wiped. Worked for the guy that got wiped, but that's the extent of what I know about the URL so milage may vary.....
