a while back I bought a bunch of black t shirts and khakis and decided never to think about what I was gonna wear again (occasionally I put on an oxford)

I need to figure out how to do this with food, but also not eat the same thing everyday

Nothing wrong eating the same thing every day

Balanced nutrients? Can’t be healthy to eat the same thing 🤷‍♂️

Jack and I basically only ate beef tacos for a year.

I’m not ready for that kind of commitment 😆

Avocado Toast 4 Life 😂🥑

Healthiest I’ve ever been

Not bored?

I just want to spend less time on yelp/doordash to end up usually at the same places after an hour of deliberation (sometimes getting nostracted)… maybe one home meal is a good idea tho.

Isn’t that the same argument as a 90 yo smoker who says - look, been smoking all my life and I’m still here.

Would you say not living in the US has help you get healthier?

What’d you do to get so healthy?

Beef tacos are a perfect food

What was the process?

picking up the taco and eating it

#TacoTuesday

This is how I live my life.

Smh...

Like this?

proof

Taco hermanos 🌮🌮

Healthy feeling or healthy medically?

Baby knows better

I wonder what Drake would do?? He looks healthy..,

eyeroll -

hahaha

Once a day?

Literally every day.

🫂

How many times a day? Any other food or snack?

It’s fine if it’s a sensible balanced diet, my diet is actually very consistent. It’s common in the body building and fitness communities.

maybe have a list of 10 kinds and make combinations.

Just meat diets Shown to be healthy long ago. Stefansson vilhjalmur saw that Inuit ate only meat. So later he checks himself in a hospital and eats just meat. Did this for a year. See “Prolonged meat diets with a study of kidney function and ketosis” published in the journal of Biological Chemistry 1930

I’d like to read that. Not convincing on surface level just from what you said.

While the one year experiment isn’t enough to convince me, the fact that it was based on the Inuit diet is enough to convince me that such a diet is healthy at least for some humans.

May not be for everyone. Also see Fred Provenza’s work on how other animals species vary what they eat despite being the same species. I suspect nutrient needs in humans vary as much as in other species.

The study is freely available on the internet

That’s more logical, thanks

one by one :)

#[0] variety is the spice of life

and we talking about literal spices

Pemmican ftw!

Can switch it up with different meat and different berries if you crave variety.

im gonna have to try some… does seem to cover a bunch of nutritional bases, doesn’t seem like an every day meal for me

I just made my first batch last week. Tastes much better than I expected, and I will try some improvements next time. I’m pretty sure I could eat it alone and nothing else, but I haven’t gone down that path yet.
