Quality of sleep is way better

I get much better sleep when I don't smoke for a couple hours before bed.

Might take a break from weed after kicking caffeine

Good for you! So you’re working on Caffeine. Quitting caffeine is probably harder since it’s so ubiquitous

I was drinking too much and was dependent on it.

It has been 7 days since I've had caffeine, today is the first day without a headache and good energy level

It's also the precursor for melatonin, doubleplusgood for sleep.

Is it something that creates a dependancy? Or you just take it ponctually?

I've never used it for more than a couple weeks, but I've never had any issues with discontinuing it's use. I'm not sure about longer term.
