Completed a two week fast a little while back and ever since I have been unable to eat any foods that contain more than one ingredient.

Went to a Mexican restaurant last night with family and had about 8 Mexican nachos. Woke up this morning puking.. my body completely rejects it. I’d write it off as a one time thing but this is the second time it’s happened in two months.

It’s crazy how much our bodies have adapted to eat modern day food. I’ll be sticking to my raw fruits, veggies, eggs, and chicken or steak from now on. I can’t handle anything else.

Wow you really hit the reset button on your body!

Hope you feel better and slowly adapt to more complex (but still natural!) foods, cause puking every time you eat something different isn’t fun 😬

Totally not fun at all. I definitely hit the reset button that’s for sure! 😂

I think restaurants don't care about health at all.

Your gut biome might be rejecting the unhealthy stuff.

That’s exactly what it’s doing.. it kind of blows my mind to think how easily I could consume these things prior to resetting it during my fast… perhaps we’re supposed to reject the unhealthy stuff but have just become numb to it due to the influx of food processed foods?

Regardless, I’m not risking it any more. I feel my best when I’m eating healthy natural foods.

Props on completing such long fast. Your body got reset and some better bios and now wants healthier fuel or GFY

Thank you!! Yeah I’m all set on unhealthy foods from now on.

When you start seeking enlightenment you find your body will start rejecting certain foods that prevent your deeper spiritual connection to God. At least this is what I have found.

This makes a lot of sense. Everything is energy. When you have elevated your energy body, lower energy foods cause reaction.

God loves us all very much. he knows what’s best for us.

I have been cooking everything I eat from scratch the past 3 months and I have had the same experience. I don’t puke but most times I have tried eating out lately I feel terrible the next day, sometimes it’s even hard to stand for very long until my system clears out.

Oh my gosh! I was literally just talking to nostr:npub175hdheqn0arfdgywe9n2rze5eaf0j2mlz0xp5kq30vy57jqsncdqy2tpe9 about how I feel so dizzy today. Good to know once it clears out I’ll be tip top.

Two weeks?!?

Yup!
