Ever tried binaural beats ?
Count your breaths, in and out. Focus. Feel your body get heavier and sink into the bed deeper with each breath.

Four seconds in, hold 4, 4 out, 4 hold… repeat. And imagine lines of light tracing the side of a square each breath / hold. Or do cat / cows and child’s pose then shavasana.
