That’s why not being dependent on third parties is so important. If you are beholden to someone then you will self censor to survive.
And never obey for social standard success
Learning to be more open and put myself out there. I keep getting so caught up in what others think, I end up not thinking about myself and my own needs.
It can be hard. I think it improves with age.
Yah going into my 30's soon. Learning what I want to do and where to draw a line in the sand for certain things. Big one is my self value and what my work is worth. I am finding I want to work less cause I can accomplish just as much, but also now want to start MY own things.
Most people undervalue themselves. Just being aware of the fact and trying to do better by yourself is a great step forward 💪
