I just love smearing it all over my face like cocaine.

I don’t yet, but heard that I should on the daily. I’ll be curious to know what you find and use.

The Sirloin.

Thorne Research for all your needs brother 😤 (not affiliated, but brand loyalist)

Creapure. 25g/day - pump it!

Normally, as long as it's creatine monohydrate and the company doesn't use a proprietary blend, you'll be good regardless of brand. You can also always see if third party testing has been done to see pure it is.

A 5g dose is a decent minimum, but you can use 10g+ if you want to. Just increase your water intake since it can pull more water into muscle tissue.

Don’t fall for branding. If you have a brand that you trust, go with their product. Otherwise, BulkSupplements offer high quality for affordable price. Especially for creatine, one of the most studied supplements in history. As long as it’s creatine monohydrate, no other ingredients, you’re good. Whey and protein supplements are where things can get shady…

5g-10g daily is the entry point for average weight/height males (3-6g for females).

Optimal dosage is gonna be up to you. Start with 5-10g/day for a couple months, then experiment with more. I’m currently taking around 15g a day with my post workout shake or with a cup of water on days off.

Hope this helps. Happy to share more if you’re curious!

And how are you looking?

I’m 6ft, 190lbs, <15% BF (guesstimate)

Recent numbers:

Squat: 390lbs

Deadlift: 485lbs

Bench: 325lbs

Clean: 280lbs

Snatch: 220lbs

Fastest mile: 5:35 (2021, I was lighter at the time)

Half-marathon: 1:36 (2022. 7:21min/mile pace)

I’m also a former tennis professional player (now coach as a hobby), played international tour as a junior and got recruited on a full scholarship to play in the US.

None of this is impressive by any means, but all of it is true and can be verified.

Just started creatine last week, I bought monohydrate chewables from Animal.

I read online that 20g/day during the first week ensures that your muscles are saturated, and you can take 5g/day to maintain after. Been doing that and should start seeing benefits this week :)

aka the headache supplement

Red meat, fish, and poultry. No need to supplement as a carnivore ...

#40GPD

Never had it in supplemental form.

Red meat and chicken are good alternatives to synthetic creatine.

Precision and 5g/day all the way!

I hear 5g is a good dosage. If I understand correctly your body can only uptake around 2.5 grams at once so splitting it into a twice a day schedule works best.

Just eat 2lb of meat a day

Eggs are cheaper and better for you.

Creapure. 5g. Not every day

12 grams a day. 23 grams after a bad night of sleep.

Jacked Factory creatine. Pure creatine, no additives or bullshit.

4g creapure every day

I must not get addicted to anything.

Supplements just seem that it could be another thing that has potential to make me addicted.

People who are taking creatine, what happens when you stop taking it?

I just eat real food.
