Follows this pattern:
1. Loves coffee energy.
2. Ends up consuming first thing AM.
3. Ends up having more cups per day.
4. "I really need to quit coffee."
The feeling of being trapped in dependence is what I mean by having an unhealthy relationship with coffee.
I can have 1/2 a cup, zero cups, or 1-2 cups a day and more or less feel the same.
The difference is thyroid.
