I'd guess swimming

Without GPTing it, wouldn’t it be about the same (keywords being “similar exertion levels”).

I'm going with swimming because your diaphragm has the added resistance of the water pressure against your breathing.

This is my assumption too - more muscle groups moving at once too

Swimming

Same exertion (duration and intensity) = same calorie expenditure. Highest potential? Cycling. Can’t swim uphill.

I'd say cycling due to the exertion on the legs and back, because swimming gives weightlessness and potentially easier, I refuse to use ai, this is my assumption

I guess it’s swimming 🏊

What about cycling underwater?

I'd say swimming.

Are you gna enlighten us with facts? 😉

Short 20 sec bursts...repeated...cycling.

Do burpees.

I use to wake up and do 50. (Worked up to it ofc)

Its almost time to return

Too rough on my back

Slip disk issues ? Definitely do pool exercises if thats an option

Listening to my wife😔

😬

Wrestling

All the cyclers I see are skinny fat

swimming for sure, getting way more hungry after a swim than a ride (when doing it for the same length/intensity)
