Here is me squatting 405 pounds about 6 weeks ago. Been using the Starting Strength method. Very effective, they train old people too, which is strong signal, if it gets gains for grandmas it will work for anyone. There is a lot of noise out in the "fitness" world to cut through, but weight on the bar doesn't lie. In SS gym no less. Very cool. Wish there was one around here.

They do online coaching and programming. Not as good, but that is an option. They have been starting a lot of those gyms.

Yup. I do online with the Strength Co. They make all those cool looking black plates.

Oh nice! Yeah and the Texas steel racks with wooden benches, and the Rippetoe quotes on the walls.
