Do you put any minerals back in or just leave it?

Your body gets most minerals from your food. Hard water hurts you much more than it helps. I'd get a remineralizing mouthwash to use though.

Curious about that one too

These should be made to be more affordable so poor ppl can actually buy one.. I know it expensive to make but what's the point if only rich or middle class ppl can buy.. please make stuff affordable for poor ppl.. poor ppl need it the most.. just saying

jesus, for >200 it better cure my ligma

What's your take on RO system?

So convenient and also inexpensive after the intial installation cost

I use distilled water to make cosmetics. do you use to drink?

Are they relatively Right to Repair friendly? Always a quality I look for when purchasing products like this, but especially relevant because of their repair center locations.

For anyone unfamiliar with #righttorepair here are some resources.

What does it taste like Jack?

Like a couple of free IQ points I reckon.

240V!?!? ๐Ÿ˜‚

Can you use it to make moonshine ๐Ÿ˜œ

That's PHP 14,634.38. Surely, must be a more affordable alternative (I guess boiling water and then scraping off the drops from the lid...

Often "fantasized" or "daydreamed" about making something like this. Don't laugh jack but, magnifying glass - you know, focused on a transparent glass container with a steel plate at the bottom.

The beam heats the steel plate, boils the water, then the vapor goes beneath an inverted cone shaped lid, which then has a collector which pipes it to another container.

Only problem is the MG has to follow the movement of the sun...

I'm using one for more than 5 years.

Distilled water increases body's acidity.. nor kill organics. Tip: make your own distilled water with a cooking pot, glass bowl, wire rack, heat source.

The fiendish fluoridators of the world will hate this.

Been using one for ten years. Absolutely disgusting what's inside of it after a few uses.

100%. I'm in a hard water part of the UK and after about 10 uses the bottom is thick with limescale.. Water distilled from it makes the best cups of tea though!

You think return on investment would be pretty quick? As opposed to buying bottled water

Why do you use this?

Wouldn't you need to add minerals back in to the water though? I thought distilling removed the bad and the good stuff.

uses as much energy as a small blah blah blah

Have used one of these in my family for past 10 years or so - highly recommended. ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Better than reverse osmosis?

Andrew Huberman reckons distilled water isnโ€™t the way to go for what itโ€™s worth.

Best to add whatever minerals you want back in
