Doesn’t GitHub Pages handle this?….
Sure does 👍
Just wondering if there’s something easier for non-technical people that may be intimidated by GitHub
Do they have a domain? On pages you can host for free without a domain.
Only static websites.
I am not a big fan of Github but Pages is a good way to learn. Can always move it somewhere else later on.
Or website is on Pages (work in progress) omniacollective.is
ENJOY THE NOISE
MySpace
Canva
Github
GrayGrids
FreeCodeCamp
Also if you are looking to build a nostr store easily, look at Magic Webstore (supertestnet.github.io/superstore)
There are multiple ways but there's no one click solution except maybe some payed providers which I advise to avoid. Anyone can do it by themselves but you'll need to put in some time for basic learning and YouTube is your friend in this case. And we are here to help as well.
The easiest I would say is hosting a website on Tor or with Github with their github pages.
Thanks, friend! 🙏
Why do you advise avoiding paid services?
Are there easier services than GitHub Pages for hosting multiple sites?
Asking for someone non-technical
I never tried those to be honest but they are ads target non technical people.
No seriously. If you only have a simple website, github is really handy. And AI can guide you step by step how to. Let AI know you are not a technical person and it will guide you step by step from A to finish. With Github pages your only consern will be paying a renewal fee for your domain. That's all.
I still use v0 for everything but it’s a bit overkill for 1 website, only worth it if you do a lot on it
