We will never get freedom and autonomy through another big platform or big corporation taken over by “better leaders.”
If you’re trying to build the next big platform that’s going to be “The Ebay of Bitcoin” or “The Uber of Bitcoin” etc, I think you might have an incorrect framing… in other words, I think #Nostr is going to be the “Ebay of #Bitcoin.”
What we have to do is build *communities* and private, secure means of communication. Then with those tools we can share and offer any service, product, work, liquidity, & anything else we need. This IS the circular economy, and zaps are just the proof-of-concept.
Like #[2] said: Nostr can monetize dissent.
The economic revolution isn’t simply “going to be grassroots,” it’s only a revolution because it IS grassroots.
