I audibly heard and definitely felt my right meniscus tear (I’m pretty sure, I haven’t seen a doctor yet.)
Anyone deal with this before? I have it iced and I’ll get in to see a doctor as soon as they will take me. FUCK.

That's sucks. Let's hope it's not a bad injury. I am just getting back to the gym after a rottator cuff tear. It took ages to heal, but then again I'm an old bastard. Speedy recovery Helen🙏
I’m no spring chicken. It’s very humbling because I was literally praising and thinking how thankful I was for my surroundings, my body, the ability to run and then I think because the ground was still muddy…….snap.

I did this in January, still only back at 80% flexibility but I'm probably a decade older. Keep off it, order your suppliments for repair.
Oh sorry! Glad you came back at least 80. I’m in my early forties hate to admit it because I look and feel young but there’s no fooling the body. 😆
