It's the bare minimum KYC which is required for Strike who handles the Primal users wallets.

I still bounce between them. I am using NOSTR Wallet Connect so they don't need my email... But Alby has my email.
I own a few of my own domains so I use specific addresses for specific services so I know who is sharing my information and who is not.
I typically generate email alias' for every single service using Proton. Before they introduced that service I used Addy.

If you are a power user, skip this and later go add your own lightning address to your profile.
