Lunch Time

I love my wraps. They are so practical to take with me and have the best lunch outside my comfy home...

The wrap itself is from carrots, onions, raisins, tahini, turmeric and ginger. The content has a ton of vegetables and sprouts. Enjoying with a delicious Mayo-dressing from almonds, lemon juice and spices.

For dessert a few delicious macadamia nuts, para nuts and pistachios and one large medjol date.

Completely satisfied 💚 All raw 💚

I need to know the recipe of the wrap itself 😋

Carrot-Turmeric Wrap

(slightly sweet and spicy, curry-like)

Ingredients:

330 g chopped carrots (can be substituted or combined with other root vegetables)

430 g large sweet onion

20 g fresh ginger

10 g fresh turmeric root

75 g oil-free raisins

3 cloves of garlic

30 g tahini (sesame paste)

½ tsp cumin

500 ml water

Blend everything until smooth.

Once blended, add:

2 tbsp freshly ground flaxseeds and

2 tbsp psyllium husk powder

Briefly blend again using the pulse function at the highest speed (2 x 3 seconds). Be careful! If blended too long or too slowly, lumps may form.

Spread on a silicone mat around 3mm thick.

Important: Do not flip the wrap while dehydrating! It should easily peel off the silicone mat without any soft or wet spots. I dehydrate it at below 42°C (107°F) for 18–24 hours. If spread thicker, it will take longer to dry.

Have fun trying it out 🤩

Thanks 👍

Your welcome! Let me know, once you've tired it 🙏🏽

Rasins have oil?

Yes, most raisins are oiled...mostly with sunflower oil.
