Men should mainly do masculine things imo but ecstatic dance and other activities that have no structure are nice from time to time to develop your feminine side.
Discussion
Wait but if men don't dance because they should be doing "masculine things" then who do I get to dance with? What a sad state of affairs!
There's nothing hotter than a man who can sweep me off my feet imo I love dancing with a happy man who's having fun š
A strange statement.
I'm not sure what you're trying to say here, but it reads as pretending to know something about being manly... and sounds kinda like "all things with no structure are feminine."
Are you aware that there are WOMEN on NOSTR too? š«£
My two sats (you didn't ask, but that's the thing about NOSTR, here you are in my feed, so...) if a man is a confident enough dancer that he can LEAD me, I'm happy to let down my guard and... be twirled around like a woman.
THAT'S MANLY AF. š„
Ecstatic dance is solo dancing, not leading a partner
Yeahhhhh, we know. š
The comment was more to the effect that it's weird to say that things "that have no structure are... feminine."
And also that if you REALLY wanna be manly, learn how to lead so that we want to follow. š„
The masculine provides structure and frame to the chaos the feminine brings. Said differently, the masculine provides a container for her to move around freely. Activities we do in our day to day life can help us develop our inner masculine, inner feminine, or both at the same time. Starting a business for example is developing your inner masculine, while drinking tea and expressing your feelings is developing your inner feminine.
