I had a good week last week. Well, 2 days of it I had to spend in hard cramps, which only made me again realize, that I have to do something and listen to my body in order to get rid of such intense monthly cramps. To be honest, movement comes way too short in my life right now. Waay too short.
We were celebrating the birthday of one of my best friends, in a pavilion, while it was raining periodically but the sun was shining too ;)☀️🌧️ that was a good day.
It’s raining a lot right now and I hope my carrots will sprout under these conditions. 🥕
The best thing last week was that we were rearranging the living room. The new order makes the living room experience really interesting and inspiring. 🛋️🪴
Now I will start my day with some movement and a good tea & a shower. 🧘♀️🍵🚿 ✨
