I made that last night - lightly breaded in my own special blend of deliciousness with potato chunks lightly boiled in a special sauce I made - almost like Alfredo sauce but not quite with onions and peppers

It was melt in my mouth amazing

Still have no idea and my stomach is starting to complain. Looks like it's time to get creative

Also had steak 🤝 with baked carrots and blackened squash
