Some design thinking / prototyping on the work nostr:npub1xy54p83r6wnpyhs52xjeztd7qyyeu9ghymz8v66yu8kt3jzx75rqhf3urc has already done with a Nostr powered gym training app, aka POWR. We thought this was an exciting opportunity to think about creating an app for a new community of users and make use of existing network effects of Nostr. Some of the ideas included:

- Ability to post your workouts to your relays (as well as existing platforms such as Strava)

- Ability to select from predefined workouts (or create your own)

- AI agent for premium users that gives you feedback and coaching (not fully mocked up yet)

- Integrated fitness feed (see NIP-101e) to motivate and zap others
