Throw some bacon grease in the pan over med high. Get two cans of white hominy, and pack of hot dogs. Gotta chop the dogs up. Once the pan is hot throw them both in to cook well. While that's cooking, scramble 4 eggs. Once the mixture is cooked well. Throw the eggs in to cook. Salt and pepper well, and mix thoroughly. Then scarf it down. 🤷
