Some clients support this feature, such as Snort and Iris. Others may too. We really need a matrix of features for clients.

I have an idea. If we can PIN our favourite post in Nostr profile I think it seems good. At this moment this feature there isn't.

I use Amethyst and Primal. I haven't seen same thing here.
Yeah, they don't support pinning. Both Amethyst and Primal have varying support for NIP-51 Lists. I believe pinned profile notes are just List items. I like pinning.
