I'm interested in hearing people's experiences with adopting a predominantly meat diet.

I'm convinced that if all you did was avoid ALL corn products, and anything with any corn products at all, completely removed from your diet you'll be surprised at the amount of products you'll be forced to avoid. Remember it's what we feed cattle to fatten them up and make them unhealthy and on the verge of death....
At first people will think your probably miserable....
Fixing my kids diet is the biggest hurdle.... It's a war, heavily funded and backed one, too. They're coming for your childrens bodies and minds.
Fix the food.
Fix the money.
Everything else is noise.
Good luck!
51, btw.

Agree it works real well, more energy and lot less weight without going hungry
I kept the non starchy greens and wine
I wouldnβt do it on kids as their needs are different
I've been weaning myself that way for about two weeks. I agree with Sperry in that I have slightly more energy and would expect more if I stuck to it better. My face is way less puffy.. Lost 2.5 kgs prefer smaller portion sizes and still feel full. I've become a label reader and fine with just not buying anything with too many ingredients.
Some of my former favourite foods (bread, snacks) don't even look like food to me any more.
Unfortunately, I've been constantly blocked up so my tummy is constantly upset. I will get to doing it properly soon. My general muscle condition is not better but it's only been two weeks of me gradually moving over.
My natropath friend thinks I'm probably not getting enough nutrients π
