Are you or someone you know dealing with some variation of digestive problem, such as:

- Crohn's Disease (Ileitis)

- Ulcerative Colitis (UC)

- Irritable Bowel Disease (IBD)

...or similar?

9 times out of 10, these problems are COMPLETELY fixable by adopting the diet humans have evolved to eat: MEAT AKA #CarnivoreDiet.

It's not that complicated: Despite what the Big Pharma overlords want you to believe, human beings DO NOT have the biology to digest plants/fiber. When you eat these materials (stop calling them "food"), it's going to shred your gut. The only question is how long it will take for the damage to catch up with you (some variation based on genetics).

Modern folks have been duped into the scam that we can just switch to the diet of a rabbit on a dime, and expect everything to be OK.

Bailing on the multi-million year constant of meat-eating in the last half-century has had disastrous consequences on global health. Millions of well-meaning people are walking right into Pharma's trap (needing supplements/pharmaceuticals to function) as they are unknowingly deteriorating their bodies to a significant degree by swallowing the toxins/defense chemicals inside these plant materials.

Anyways, bringing this back to the original topic of healing digestive problems: If this is you, and you've been searching for relief from the suffering...it's your lucky day! #Carnivore is the answer you've been looking for βœ…οΈ

And if "just eat meat" sounds like a "too good to be true" cure...

TRY ME.

I've been building a massive collection of testimonials of people who've completely eliminated these prohibitive ailments from their life (as well as many others) by adopting a species-appropriate diet. My DMs will always be open for anyone who's ready to take the plunge, and massively improve their health/well-being πŸ˜ŽπŸ€™

The power of real people telling real stories can only be held off for so long.

WE ARE GOING TO WIN.

I'm interested in hearing people's experiences with adopting a predominantly meat diet.

seeing photos of then vs now, I'm not "puffy" in the face, hadn't noticed before

chronic label reader.

I'm convinced that if all you did was avoid ALL corn products, and anything with any corn products at all, completely removed from your diet you'll be surprised at the amount of products you'll be forced to avoid. Remember it's what we feed cattle to fatten them up and make them unhealthy and on the verge of death....

At first people will think your probably miserable....

Fixing my kids diet is the biggest hurdle.... It's a war, heavily funded and backed one, too. They're coming for your childrens bodies and minds.

Fix the food.

Fix the money.

Everything else is noise.

Good luck!

51, btw.

Agree it works real well, more energy and lot less weight without going hungry

I kept the non starchy greens and wine

I wouldn’t do it on kids as their needs are different

I've been weaning myself that way for about two weeks. I agree with Sperry in that I have slightly more energy and would expect more if I stuck to it better. My face is way less puffy.. Lost 2.5 kgs prefer smaller portion sizes and still feel full. I've become a label reader and fine with just not buying anything with too many ingredients.

Some of my former favourite foods (bread, snacks) don't even look like food to me any more.

Unfortunately, I've been constantly blocked up so my tummy is constantly upset. I will get to doing it properly soon. My general muscle condition is not better but it's only been two weeks of me gradually moving over.

My natropath friend thinks I'm probably not getting enough nutrients πŸ™„

Two weeks is too short a period to gauge the effects. Two months is far more telling.

Yeah, I am determined to do it properly for at least four months but the people around me are concerned πŸ™„
