Maybe I'm just not a fan of that particular type of establishment. It's overpriced garbage IMO. π
Overpriced? π€ itβs literally the cheapest source in my area for the following perfectly good-quality things:
Organic all purpose flour
Organic cauliflower
Organic bell peppers
Organic mushrooms
Organic heavy cream (dumb packaging though)
Organic radiatore pasta
Pine nuts
Cut flowers
Also has some fun and delicious novelty foods, particularly at holidays, and everyone working there is very friendly
Odd. The ones in my area are the worst π . I have farmers markets for veggies (in summer months at least) and I can find most of what they sell cheaper other places. Β―\_(γ)_/Β―

I like Trader Joeβs, used to go there frequently. The original one was built not far from where I used to live.
When I'm in the US, I shop there and at Sprouts.

In my area, Trader Joe's is hit or miss. If you want sugary sweets, they do have some tempting items. Sometimes an item will be a good deal here, but it mostly caters to the upper class (as a discount store to them), and many of the prices reflect the demographic they are aiming for.
I've had to return a tube of marimated spoiled meat, that nearly exploded in my fridge after less than 24 hours from purchase. I've heard of other ugly returns too.
The vibe is usually cool, if it's not busy. It's probably more fun to shop in, than it is to buy stuff from.
Iβve been to Trader Joeβs. I like it. I think you will too.
