Oh i thought it was in a pool of milk but its just the plate lol

You can eat them with either chicken with vegetables or fish with vegetables or meat with vegetables. By doing that you won’t get hungry throughout the day.

The only reason why white rice technically has more protein that other rice is because theres less fiber content so its more protein ‘by weight’ if you eat a ton of meat then that extra fiber content from black rice is very usefull
