Bulletproof coffee was inspired by Yak Butter Tea that people in the Himalayas have been drinking for thousands of years. I've been drinking bulletproof coffee, with grassfed butter for a few years now during the mornings and stay satiated until 1 or 2pm. It's the ultimate time saver and energizer. Plus provides good fat and A&K vitamins.

Wow I had no idea thx for explaining huge coffee lover here I now must try this!!!

of course, you’re vry welcome! 🤝

If you’re a coffee lover, my bf nostr:npub175hdheqn0arfdgywe9n2rze5eaf0j2mlz0xp5kq30vy57jqsncdqy2tpe9 has a raw egg coffee recipe he swears by and has been going on and on about how incredible it is 👀

I did bulletproof too for a bit.. it’s good but raw egg coffee is better imo

How do you make it? 👀

Oh, I just posted it elsewhere. Here you go -

Double espresso and I put some raw honey in the espresso glass before I pull the shot so it warms it up. Pour the shot and honey in a blender. Add one egg. Mix for like 20-30 seconds, you’ll see it change consistency.

Pour over ice.. stir…drink

You can add some milk or condensed milk or condensed coconut milk if you want to sweeten it.. some cultures do that. I only do that if it’s a dessert coffee.
