Melt fat and become permanently lean:

1. Eat only natural sugars until noon. Get sun. Move. Play. Add coffee with sugar/maple syrup and salt. Supplement B vitamins + 150mg #benfotiamine.

2. Eat a pound of fatty ground beef for lunch. A raw carrot or well cooked mushrooms. Some milk.

3. Skip dinner. Glycine and 1/2 tsp of baking soda before bed. Small spoonful of honey. 500mg+ of magnesium glycinate.

When it's all through, your metabolism will be through the roof. Will be difficult to put fat on. Lean street.

How long does it take to see results, and then for maximum benefit?

You'll see things happen pretty fast, within a week. How long you maintain depends on your goal+starting place.

I like 10-15% BF depending on season. If I had alot of fat to lose I'd supplement Health Natura's Whole E to reduce the damage from any PUFA exposure in the fat.

Once you hit your goal just add dinner back and perhaps some starches (rice, potatoes).

If you have a good deal of muscle, then more saturated fat is a good idea.

You can accelerate the entire process by consuming a tsp of virgin coconut oil with lunch and dinner every day. Will probably make things go 15-30% faster.

Good tips. I was lean lean lean until about 40. Now many years later I probably have 15 extra lbs of fat. Even working outside getting sun is difficult at the 52 parallel this time of year.

A sperti lamp every day and a chicken lamp in your office will suffice.

Side note: I think many make the mistake of skipping breakfast instead of dinner, not realizing fasting when the sun is out and eating when the sun is down leads to leptin resistance and ultimately metabolic impairement.

Yes, when it comes to intermittent fasting I have only heard people talking about eating in the noon to 8 pm window.

150mg benfotiamine wen? Morning, noon, night?

I like it AM with a glass of OJ.

S.A.D. depletes thiamine badly, so most people have defunct glucose metabolism. #Benfotiamine is highly bioavailable and should go along ways towards restoring it.

Pure Encapsulations makes a reliable, clean B complex to take with the #benfotiamine.

Sweet just bought some, thanks!

If the natty sugars are still an issue after benfo, consider 300mg and getting thyroid+cholesterol+hormone labs done.

Usually folks (esp americans) have some combination of a cellular thiamine deficiency paired with a beat up thyroid.
