Doesn’t look like a tick. Old dogs just get these weird skin growths. They’re harmless. But sometimes they get so big they explode and get infected. Not a vet by the way but my 13 year old pit gets these growths and so have all my old dogs that are no longer w me
Tick, 💯. Probably brown dog tick or black legged deer tick. In the Midwest US where I am they've been bad the past few years and probably going to be even worse this year due to the mild winters.
Get one of those tick removal tools... They're cheap, just plastic spoons with a V cut in them. There we'll worth the tiny investment.
Check dogo regularly after being outside or once a day or two.
