Coinstar lets you buy Bitcoin nowadays, but It's probably kyced up the yin yang.
I've been tempted, but I usually just turn in the coins, take the 10% hit, and get the cash.

3. make coin rolls, they pop the nockles nicely and give more weight to your fists, grab a random nerd and beat the sats out of him.
