I don't think so. Block's position is based on the idea that if the child can survive outside of the womb then it should be illegal to abort it. Which means that eventually we would ban abortion ball together because sooner or later babies will be able to survive outside the womb at any age
To my knowledge Rothbard was against punitive measures against mothers who abort even in late stages. Based on the idea that no person is required to care for another.
I thought it was that you can always evict & the hope was that technology would continue to advance & save the evicticted children at earlier & earlier stages.

but i also think that if the baby has a brain it has the essentials for argumentation and reason and thus should be considered to have nascent agency and thus killing them is murder

TBH I don't really care too much about this topic. I think letting the states decide is probably a decent pragmatic solution that should(yeah right) make most people happy

in my opinion the right punishment for a woman getting an abortion is to give her a hysterectomy, then she can slut it up as much as she wants without getting pregnant, if she has the will to be a slut without her hormones
