And its shocking that the justice system is so bad that a trivially easy to prove liar and fraudster can cause innocent people to spend millions of dollars defending themselves against blatant lies, and that Patents are rewarded to provable liars that will bake millions to have revoked. The "justice" system is not fit for purpose for ANYTHING, except maintaining high incomes for lawyers and judges. This has been shown at nauseating frequency in the criminal system. Look at the Brian Banks case and many others. Also, you can read Professor James Duane's book " You have the right to remain innocent". He is a Harvard Law Professor, and explains the sickening parody that is the justice system

Has he ever brought suit in the US other than the Kleiman case? I have a feeling he avoids our legal system for a reason.
How can they enforce the core parts thought? Can’t the miners and nodes refuse to accept any changes to the code/fork or even count those blocks as invalid? They can force the devs to be compliant, but they can’t force the decentralization to do the same. It’s a deadend for him if we play it right.

Fighting the case with the Bitcoin Developer Defense Fund we (Alex Morcos and I) set up and funded some time ago to defend these developers. Considering opening fund to allow others to contribute.
But I think current path is going to be quite costly.
Open it up! Lots of others would love to contribute what they can. Would be interesting to see a bot that posts about it daily with all zaps going to defense fund

Yes, the danger is that he has the money to keep using the corrupt legal system to his advantage, whereas the devs don't have the money for the high powered lawyers. I donated to Hodlnaut for his defence, but more needs to be done .
It’s definitely keeping people from contributing to bitcoin core and maybe more. Could mean even worse things for general open source projects.
I think all Bitcoiners need to understand he is the enemy of Bitcoin and a danger to the whole network and we must all collaborate and fighting this parasite.

It’s good at locking up a greater percentage of the population than any other country including North Korea and turning our social justice system into a corrupt auction house of legal outcomes. It’s not very good at utilizing resources though it does misincentivizes some of our most intelligent people into circular busy work driving marginal billable hours instead of building anything that provides enduring value to society. Yeah I hate the “justice” system too.
