I gotchu bro! They best part was the cheese was supposed to be the waste product from making EM1 (effective microorganisms) for my plants.

My buds who keep cows and make artisanal cheese are not fixin’ to spread their recipes, though it would be fine, IMHO, cause who can duplicate their Holstein cows grazing on their organic grass in their particular environment to create just the flavor of their dairy products?

I will ask if such a creature exists. My peeps are withdrawn, Pennsylvanian Dutch, warm and kind, if one passes muster, and I have them on speed dial. Their products are usually sold out because the regional restaurants snap them up before the public has a chance. BBIT
